Safely Home with Jesus
Bury your mem'ries of my death
in the far reaches of your mind.
Dwell not on sadness and sorrow,
for it's Peace that I pray you find.
I'm now safely home with Jesus,
able to see Him face to face.
I'm free from pain and suffering
and rejoicing in His embrace.
Please dry your eyes and remember
that my Joy has been made complete,
and I'm witnessing great wonders
as I sit at the Master's feet.
For now I'm just a mem'ry away.
In my heart I still hold you tight,
because of His blessed assurance
that in time we will reunite!
