A SPECIAL NOTE TO OUR
INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS If you wish to place an order to be shipped to someone who is currently residing in the United States, you will need to place your order via fax, mail, or email as our shopping cart is not set up to accept international payments. As a general rule, we no longer ship goods outside of the U.S. However, on rare occasions, we can make an exception. For special orders outside the U.S. please contact us by email or fax. TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE US:
Orders are generally processed and shipped the next day (excluding weekends and holidays-see note below). Place your order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons. When you're ready to check out, you have several options:
*Online, using our secure server and your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. For any other credit cards, please use the PayPal option: *Online, using our PayPal payment option. PayPal accepts most major credit cards and e-Check. To order by mail, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" buttons and when your order is complete, you will be given an option to print your order form for fax (903-561-7875) or mail purposes. Otherwise you may proceed through the checkout process using our secure server to order online. During the checkout process you will have two payment options: use our secure server or click on PayPal to submit your payment.
We acccept orders by personal check and money orders. However, your order may be held up to 10 working days to allow personal checks to clear the bank. If you're in a greater hurry for your order, orders paid by Money Order are shipped the same day they are received.
***Weekend Shipping Note for Priority Mail: Since Priority and EXPRESS Mail are handled through the U.S. Postal Service, orders received on the weekend may not be mailed until the next business day. Orders received very early on Saturday morning may be able to be mailed the same day. The USPS closes at noon on Saturday and is closed all day Sunday.

Shipping and handling charges are in addition to the prices quoted for the merchandise. See rates below. Standard shipping and handling charges apply to all orders within the U.S. only.
Orders in the U.S. are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and should normally arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
If you prefer, you can select USPS EXPRESS shipping. This is available in most areas for a flat rate shipping cost of $29.95. USPS EXPRESS is guaranteed 1-2 day delivery, depending on the area. In extremely remote areas, USPS EXPRESS delivery is not available.
Be sure to select the appropriate Shipping Method and Amount when you place your order. Orders with incorrect shipping amounts or in areas not available for USPS EXPRESS delivery will not be processed until we can contact you to correct any discrepancies.
For orders that absolutely HAVE to be there OVERNIGHT: Please contact us for a quote PRIOR to placing your order: (903)-445-0915. Overnight shipping charges via FedEx can range from $49 to $299. We will automatically add a 10% handling charge to the actual shipping cost quoted from FedEx. Shipping and handling will be added to your order once your order is received. This shipping option is NOT available if you are paying for your order with PayPal. If you have any other questions regarding OVERNIGHT delivery, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Express or Overnight Delivery is not available with payment by Personal Check as your order may not be shipped until your check has cleared . See note above regarding payment by *Mail. Orders are normally processed and ready to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT shipping still requires processing time, so depending on the time your order is received, it may not ship until the day after you placed the order. EXPRESS shipments are not shipped on weekends as they are shipped through the US Postal Service. FED EX OVERNIGHT (quote required) We will add the actual FedEx delivery cost when we ship your order. We will also add a handling fee which is calculated at 10% of the actual FedEx delivery cost. (Be advised that FedEx overnight shipping usually runs $49 or higher, depending on the destination zip code.) FED EX OVERNIGHT isNOT available if you are paying for your order with PayPal.
*INSURANCE (if desired) Add an additional $ 2.00 *We take the utmost care in packing your purchases. However, as an added precaution, insurance is optional for an additional $2.00. If ordering online, please note in the "message box" on your order if you desire the additional insurance and we will add it when your order is processed. We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged by the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT!!! BE SURE TO DESIGNATE THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING COSTS PRIOR TO FINAL CHECKOUT! Orders received without proper shipping amounts may be delayed until we can contact you for a corrected payment. If you should have any questions concerning this, please contact us by email or phone PRIOR to placing your order.
CURRENCY & SALES TAX All prices quoted are in United States currency (USD) only.
Orders shipped to Texas residents are required topay 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax will automatically be calculated prior to final checkout.
GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY All of our gifts carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund (less shipping/handling charges).
This guarantee does not apply to uninsured packages that are lost or damaged by the freight carrier.
To return your product for a refund, you must notify us by phone or email prior to returning the merchandise advising us of which products you are returning. The returned items must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days of date of purchase via USPS Certified Mail. Upon receipt of your returned product, you will be issued a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
PRIVACY POLICY
Rainbow Faith only collects information from you that is necessary to process your order. None of this information is ever given out to any other party for any reason. We do not maintain a mailing list or send out solicitous emails. We value your privacy as much as you do.
